Changing or Cancelling an Order
Unfortunately we are unable to guarantee that we can change or cancel an order after it has been placed, but we will do our very best to assist you.If you wish to make a change or cancellation, please contact us at charmainscreations@gmail.com as soon as possible after placing your order. Please make sure to include your order number for faster assistance.
Pricing
All prices are listed in U.S. currency and all orders must be transacted in U.S. currency. All prices of products are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to provide you the most accurate, up-to-the-minute information, however, some of the items on our web site may be mis-priced or no longer available at the time you place your order.In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price, we have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for the product listed at the incorrect price. If an item’s correct price is lower than our stated price, we will charge the lower amount and ship you the item. If an item’s correct price is higher than our stated price, we will cancel your order and notify you of the price error and order cancellation. You will, of course, have an opportunity to purchase the item at the correct price, if you so wish.
Promo/Discount Codes and Sales
All discount codes, coupon codes, or promo codes are only valid on regularly priced (non-sale) items and cannot be combined with other offers or discounts unless marked otherwise. Discount codes can be entered in the checkout process. If you experience any problems with a discount code, please contact us. All sales and discounts are only available while supplies last.
RETURN POLICY

All sales are final. We accept returns or exchanges for if the incorrect item was shipped, the item was defective, or if the item does not match its description.
Please be sure about your purchase before placing your order. We are certain that you will not be disappointed in our products!
Return Exceptions
If your item was defective, or if the item does not match its description, to be eligible for a return and refund, replacement, or an exchange for your order, you must email charmainscreations@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery confirmation to alert us of the item defect. Please share with us your order number and a photo if possible.
We will then immediately alert our production partner and work to offer you the best solution as your satisfaction is important to us. Returns, refunds, replacements, and exchanges are only accepted for items that are damaged from a defect. If a replacement is requested and the item is no longer available, you will be refunded the full purchase price of the your item.
For replacement or exchange items, once your item defect is confirmed, we will request your preferred item same day by end of business. Please allow for standard fulfillment and shipping processing times. Once your replacement or exchange item is shipped, you will receive a confirmation with a tracking number.
Refunds will be issued same day your defect is confirmed by end of business. Please allow up to 7 days for a refund to post to your bank or credit card depending on their individual processing time.
