Depending on whether you are purchasing prints, children's products, or home goods, the production time and shipping will vary. Every product is carefully selected with quality in mind. For all orders made in and shipping within the United States, the shipping is free!
When will I receive my order?

Shipping Providers
A variety of shipping providers are used to offer customers in the United States free shipping. Shipments may be delivered by UPS, USPS, FedEx, or DHL.
GENERAL SHIPPING POLICY
Damaged Shipments
Charmain Schuh Creations is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please file a claim with the shipment carrier. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses and Refused Delivery
Please ensure you enter the correct shipping address at check out. Due to our production process, once an order is processed and prepared for shipment, it may not be possible to update the shipping address. If you enter wrong address with your order, we will try to help you to the best of our ability only if the item has not been made and processed to the packaging level to ship the item. Charmain Schuh Creations will not be held responsible if the customer provides the wrong shipping address and we cannot recover the package.
Missing or Stolen Shipments
If you didn’t receive your order, but the shipping carrier has reported that it was delivered, please let us know as soon as possible by alerting us at charmainscreations@gmail.com. We will file a claim with the shipping carrier. Local law enforcement will be involved. We will replace or refund your order when the investigation is complete. Allow up to 21 days for the investigation.
SHIPPING INTERNATIONALLY
Can I place an order for outside the United States?
At this time, we are unable to accommodate international orders. We are working hard to be able to provide this option to you soon.
